1. Who we are
EONEVOLVE YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("EONEvolve", "we", "us") is a game studio in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy covers our mobile games (Bicycle Extreme Rider 3D, Motorcycle Sim: Multi, Heat Rush and Aura Knight: Idle Evolution) on iOS and Android, and the website eonevolve.com. 2. What we collect
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, language, crash reports and diagnostics.
- Identifiers: the advertising ID (and the IDFA on iOS when you allow tracking) and installation IDs created by Firebase.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address by our service providers. We do not collect precise location.
- Game activity: how the game is played (for example stage reached, features used, ads watched) and purchase events (product and price).
- Saved game and leaderboard data: if you sign in to Google Play Games, Game Center or iCloud, that data is handled by Google or Apple.
- Messages you send us: name, email and message when you use the contact form.
We do not collect your payment details; purchases are handled by Apple and Google.
3. Why we use data
To run the games, keep your progress and leaderboards; to show and measure ads; to understand how the games are used and fix crashes; to keep the games secure and prevent fraud; to answer your messages; and to meet legal obligations. Where the law requires your consent, the game asks for it before the related service starts, and you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Services our games use
Aura Knight: Idle Evolution uses:
- AppLovin MAX for rewarded ads (advertising ID, device data, IP address, ad interactions) and Google UMP for the consent form where it is required;
- Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics and Remote Config (Google) for crash reports, game statistics and game settings; crash reports and statistics are sent only after you tap Allow on the consent card;
- Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple Game Center and iCloud (iOS) for saved games and leaderboards, only if you sign in or use them;
- Unity In-App Purchasing for purchases, which Apple and Google process.
Aura Knight asks for your month and year of birth at first launch. Players under 13 get a limited local mode: no ads, no purchases, no sign-in, and no data leaves the device. Ads are never started below age 13 (16 in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), and personalised ads follow local law. On iOS, the ad service asks for App Tracking Transparency permission first.
Our other games (Bicycle Extreme Rider 3D, Motorcycle Sim: Multi, Heat Rush) use third-party services such as Google Play services, AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Unity, IronSource, AppsFlyer and Meta.
The website uses cookies to work and to analyse use. You can turn cookies off in your browser. The contact form uses a bot check, and your details are used only to answer you.
5. Sharing and transfers
We share data with the service providers above and with Apple and Google as platform providers, and where the law requires it. Our providers process data in the EU, the United States and other countries, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, where Turkish law (KVKK, article 9) requires it, your consent.
6. How long we keep data
Data on your device stays until you uninstall the game or use Settings > Delete all data. Crash and analytics data is kept by Google under its retention settings, and ad data by the ad provider under its own policy. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
7. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
We follow the GDPR for players in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for players in Türkiye. You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@eonevolve.com or use the contact form; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Authority).
To delete your data: in the game, open Settings > Delete all data (this clears your device). Data held by Google Play Games or Apple is deleted from your Google or Apple account settings. For anything else, contact us with the game name and your platform.
8. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Notice under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK)
The data controller is EONEVOLVE YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, Istanbul, Türkiye (support@eonevolve.com). We process data for the purposes in section 3, on the basis of the agreement with you, your explicit consent where asked, our legitimate interests and legal obligations. Data is collected automatically through the games and the website and from the messages you send, and may be shared with the providers in section 4 inside and outside Türkiye. Your rights under article 11 of the KVKK are listed in section 7.

We may update this policy. The new version is posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
