These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile games (“Games”) developed and published by EONEVOLVE YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, a company incorporated in Türkiye, Istanbul (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using our Games on iOS or Android platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.
1. Eligibility
You may only use our Games if you meet the minimum age requirement specified on the relevant App Store or Google Play Store listing for each Game. By using the Games, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
3. In-App Purchases & Advertising
Our Games are free to play and may include:
- In-app purchases (IAP)
- Rewarded and non-rewarded advertisements
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not manage payments or refunds directly. Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through the respective platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, or manipulate game mechanics
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Games
- Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Use the Games for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Games
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, characters, audio, visuals, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Games are owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Games at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
7. Disclaimer
The Games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Games.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
